What is the Thrive Intern & Leadership Program?
THR!VE Intern and Leadership Program is a multi-year internship and leadership development program designed to provide African American students with employment opportunities to gain valuable professional experience in a variety of career fields. Dr. Frederick D. Haynes, III’s vision is to prepare these students to become future leaders of tomorrow.
Through leadership workshops, one-on-one mentoring and professional development, interns will be equipped with sustainable skills needed to become successful individuals in the community.
